 [Cable HSI] Mediacom HSI - Trouble downloading from webmail to o

Just two days ago I stopped getting messages from Mediacom webmail in my Outlook program. It had been working fine with the settings referenced in previous posting. Now I get message server will not respond even though I am able to send emails from outlook.

Any help?

I was going to reply with a very similar issue. Mine turned out to be a block set up in the firewall settings. This is on my wife's laptop and no one would have gone that deep in to the advanced settings to change this. It is a mystery to me.
