[Services] No DSL Signal to residence on new install after 2 day

I know this is probably posted alot, but I needed to vent my frustrations somewhere.

I signed up for DSL Pro service 7/1/09 online, I was informed and emailed that the service would be up and running on 7/06/09.

As expected 7/06 comes, and I am still getting a blinking red DSL light.

I make the call, the rep informs me that the order isnt complete, they need to escalate it and I would get a call within an hour.

The hour shoots past, no phone call, so I call back. This time they tell me my line is not provisioned.

I can believe this, because without provisioning I wouldnt get the signal, so I wait after being informed that it should be done by 8pm.

at about 9ish I call them back, and am promptly informed the provisioning offices are closed.

So I wait till 7/07, I make a myriad of calls to tech support, directly to the provisioning dept, and even threw in some live chats for good measure.

Every single person tells me something different. One guy even said the state of Michigan is blocking my signal and att needs 24 hours to correct it.

I dont know what to think about the service, because I dont have it yet, but I will say that the CS is REALLY REALLY bad.

What can I do ?
