For the record the company and CLEC behind them is Fibernetics ... and as far as I can tell TSI can port from them at least »teksavvy.com/en/nhomephoneclecli···=7&mID=1

@bell.ca		 The service is provided by a Canadian Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) and all calls are placed over it’s own national infrastructure.
