Bell Aliant plans to run fibre-optic cables into every home and business in Fredericton, Saint John
"Bell Aliant will use the upgraded network to deliver not only phone service and super-fast Internet connections, but also high-quality television."
I guess upgrading is still part of the business plan and budget.
But there will still be congestion, throttling and sub-100 gig cap ? |

| Bell Aliant does not currently have a cap, nor do they throttle. It is wide open pipe to your house.
I guess our internet is the one perk us NBs have that most of the other country is craving for. On wait, there is another perk, NB isn't anywhere close to the centre of the universe, Toronto.

PS I'm in Moncton, so I'm very jealous. But, at least I live in an area with FTTN. -- GO LEAFS GO (all the way to the golf course) |
