Recent problems with Elite and 2wire 1070-B

All,

I have had elite for the past several years and normally don't have any issues hitting the max for the connection 6000/768. The last week or so I have noticed problems with the connection especially when downloading. My latency will be normal but when I start downloading something, even at 100k/s I will start getting very high latency and packet loss. I have tried restarting the model several times and the issue continues to come back. Any advice? Here are some diagnostics:
