Can't access RR e-mail page(Buffalo NY area)

Hi-I 've been having trouble the last couple of weeks accessing the Roadrunner mail page.I can't make it past the log-in page-after putting in user name and password,I get a completely blank screen and the tab that opens says:view(GIF)Image,1x1 pixels.I tried three different browsers(Firefox 3.5,IE8,and the latest Google Chrome)and nothing allows me to get in.I'm using the Bat as secondary e-mail software and it is getting the mail from RoadRunner daily.I empty'ed the caches, and cookies on all three browsers and still nothing.

What bothers me is if the mail stops getting retrieved, how would I make any adjustments?

I was Adelphia migrated over to RR after the sale.

Anyone have any ideas?Thanks.

I am here in NT and I don't have any issues accessing the RR Web mail at all. I mostly use outlook and haven't had any problems at all. Do you have any problems accessing other websites like hotmail or yahoo? I am thinking it may be a security setting on your computer.

Java or flash issue perhaps?

Its not a RR or a Buffalo specific issue, it has to be specific to the PC.

Thanks for responses, people.Turns out it was specific to my PC-the banner blocker in Kaspersky 2010 was working a little too good.I turned it off and installed Adblock Plus in Firefox and that seemed to improve the situation ten fold. Thanks again.
