Re: [AB] Is it me or is it Shaw? Telus... I hate to give you the bad news, their network by definition is 1/3 the bandwidth of Shaw. And their support is bad.. they out source it to phillipines and I can understand them. I have no idea what your problem is but I don't think you will be very happy with Telus' service. I think Shaw is working on the problem but they can't admit it due to liability issues. try to get them to give you some $$ back. |
