Well, Midco did indeed up their other tiers so I'd say the net impact of a D3 rollout is positive. $125 for internet is a bit rich for my blood, but with no caps I'm sure it's an alpha telecommuter's dream.
Me? I'd probably try the 50/5 tier for a month, then go back to 25/2. If it was 50/10 or 50/15 I'd stick around longer though...
