IP camera and cell phone

anon posted : I'm trying to find out what I would need to get an IP camera to work with a cell phone (Tracfone probably), so I can view the images and hear the audio in real time over the cell phone.

Would it work over MMS? Could I use this IP camera with a Tracfone? Or do I need a special cell phone that has internet access?

If the IP camera I suggested wouldn't work, can anyone recommend a IP camera that would deliver picture and audio to a Tracfone or other inexpensive prepaid phone?

Thanks very much for help.
