| Persistent slow speeds in NorCal
I've been having an issue with slow speed for a few weeks, but it is crazy slow right now. Had a ticket open last month; test showed network congestion. Tech suggested that somebody was hijacking my wireless signal. I was (and am) dubious about that as I have secured the router.
Tonight I got the following result:
TCP/Web100 Network Diagnostic Tool v5.5.4a click START to begin

click START to re-test

System too slow to run a regular speed test. Yes, I have power-cycled my modem and browser.
Help?

Can you please send me a PM with your account information so I can take a look?
Have you tried a different speed test server?
