<description><![CDATA[anon posted : PC running Vista is 5,000kbps slower than other computers using the same router/connection, it appears that it is not getting the powerboost? My 5 year old laptop downloads at max 21,500kbps. <br><br>Tried everything bypassing the router, swapped cables, network settings, etc.. always get the same download speed. <br> ]]></description>
