| [BC] PLEASE HELP
PLEASE HELP me. I just upgraded from HS Enhanced 3.0 to Turbo. Since the upgrade, i have connection issues. The ACT light keeps going off and the Link light Flashes. The Link light will go solid in a bit and ACT light will come back on but the process starts all over again. I've checked all connection and rebooted the modem multiple times but no luck. I even called tech support and followed all troubleshooting tips they gave me. Is the modem busted? It was working great before the upgrade. Thanks for your help |

| Tech support should resolve this issue for you. The issue may be your inside wiring, it could be the wiring from your house to Telus.
Call back, get the name of the person you speak to, and ask for a ticket or reference number - write that info down.
If troubleshooting tips do not resolve the issue, then they should roll a tech to your home to fix it.
For Turbo, you are supposed to get the modem swapped out for another one (A Siemens modem IIRC, I don't know how good it is, or if it is essential for 15.0). |

...be persistent, they are reluctant to roll a truck, so insist on a tech field visit...(the jumper for the upgrade probably hasn't been run) |
