<description><![CDATA[anon posted : T-Mobile has come out with another (RPF) Regulatory Programs Fee <br><br>The letter from T-Mobile came in my bill stated:<br><br>( "is not a tax but a fee we collect and retain to help recover the costs associated with funding and complying with a variety of government mandates, programs ect.. ect... " )------------------------------------<br><br>My Question is : Since this is not a tax am I stuck paying for this in my contract? <br><br>Or does this give me an out of my contract ( 2-years  or 14-months left of it ) ?????<br><br>What can I do ??<br><br>Any ideas ??<br><br>Thanks in advance.]]></description>
