Polycom Users, any problems with CallCentric?

I'm looking seriously at deploying a few Polycom 550s with CallCentric in our office. I've heard that there are problems with registration on Polycom phones with CallCentric, is this true? Please let me know, if so, we need to pick a different phone.

Thx
