you will want to pm your mac address to one of the cox technicians on this board ( CoxTech1

would be a good place to start) so they can get a larger view of what is going on.
it really sounds like you're going to need to have a truck roll to fix the issue. you may want to call in and make sure that you have the cox service assurance plan (csap) so they don't bill you for a service call if its a problem with your inside cabling.
