Re: Eventually Someone Makes a Better Wheel From what I have been able to read on it so far, and unless they do a major overhaul of it between now and when it's released, it's built to be a cloud-based OS focused on netbooks with 'always on mobile broadband'. Basically just making their web apps more tightly integrated into the OS I guess.
Which is good for the netbook users who don't need much more than the web. But for everyone else, a straight *nix or BSD distro or windows are still gonna be taking big marketshare.
