You shouldn't need a business account. I don't believe that I have a business account, I've never told them anything like that.

All my ports are forwarded as required, I have even upgraded my line to a basic dynamic business line as I had read on the Home server forums that ports 80 and 443 are blocked on residential lines and it still doesnt work.

Edit: when you say both for ports 80 and 443 what do you mean? I forwarded both ports on TCP/IP, do I need to do UDP as well on the router?

Edit 2: penberth, adding the UDP ports to the router port forwarding configuration worked, now remote access is working! Do I need a business account though since it appears it was the missing UDP ports that was causing my problem? EDIT: I just looked this up, and you need to forward ports 80 (both), 443 (both) and 4125 (TCP) to your Windows Home Server. Once I did this, remote access started working fine for me.

Also, I can only use IE for remote access, Firefox doesn't work for remote access.
