That's besides the point, back when people were using 1440 modems most people were content with browsing websites and checking e-mail. Later people migrated to 56k and slowly more complicated websites with say animated GIFS's started to appear with that upgrade.Fast forward to today where we have speeds of anywhere from 5+ Mbps - 50 Mbps depending on where you live and now people do things like MP3 downloading, Complicated flash based websites like Youtube, iTunes, Bittorrent, eMule, Webpages etc. So it's pretty obvious here that as speeds increase eventually user HABITS change with it
