Re: At the new Government Motors... What I find amazing is how quick this was. A company I work for was in Chapter 11 for about 4 years. We didn't provide cars, we provided healthcare. To boot, we were a $300 million company (net revenue) at the time, but losing money due to outrageous expenses.
Amazing how GM came out of it so quickly. I guess when proper wheels are greased...pun intended. |

Yes that is because they had someone to steer them in the right direction, not put the brakes on prematurely to help them shift their corporate direction so they could convert (able) to a much leaner company. I wonder what the catalyst was?  |
