[LA] New Orleans Market

So, I was curious to see what DSL has to offer over and above Cox HSI. I am astounded that it's still in existence. AT&T offers their elite package for $35/mo. and you get up to 6mbps. Even if their down and up rates are more reliable, who on earth would buy into this?

Is there something here that I'm missing?
