i pay wow for high speed internet (16/2) but seldom get what i'm paying for. i think it's time to trade up and start enjoying the comcrap experience.
even if the comcrap internet connection is only somewhat stable then it would be a big improvement over my wowcrap experience.
i don't pay wowcrap because they make me feel important when i call customer service, i pay for high speed internet and HD cable tv and because of bundled pricing they well lose both accounts .
i'll admit that wow customer service was good when first signed up but that seems to have changed. if u read some of the other forums you'll see that i'm not the only person that feels this way. |

Maybe they're different, but I still don't understand why Michigan tests would show up that much slower for me when it's not that far from Chicago. But, I suppose that's the only explanation. |

I am getting the full speeds, so I'm not sure what your talking about.
I doubt changing your isp to comcrap wound fix your connection problems.
Also the term wowcrap?  does not make sense.
That is not sound as catchy as comcrap which has been coined by many users.

Guy was telling me to pull a new ip, reboot my router, etc, when my modem wouldn't go online.
He was going to dispatch a tech because somebody hit the standby button on my modem. |
