| Traffic Cap and bad service The 26GB usage cap is very low, I went over the limit mainly by watching Netflix Roku movies (no P2P). The policy cannot be found in writing anywhere on the website. I used upload and download movies using Torrent and Emule running 24/7 and never had an overcap charge. So I can't see how this is a long running policy.
The $3.00 a GB over the limit charge is crazy.
Heaven forbid you have problems on a weekend, the answering service takes a message so they can loo into the problem on the next business day. |
