| Depends where your billing cycle starts. My install was 7/15 last year, so turned out my billing cycle started 7/15 and finally was able to see a bill the beginning of Sept online since my first bill was dated 8/15. I had already set-up automatic payment, so it was no rush, since I had called CS and found out the amount the end of August.

Install Date 6/26. Received 1st bill today 7/13 (Statement date 7/1). It seems to be on calendar month, at least in my case. |

My install was on May 7th. I received my 1st bill on June 14th with a billing date of June 4th and payment due on July 4th. Prior to receiving my 1st bill, I had already set up automatic payment. |
