Hi, I just noticed that my internet connection has been cut off today. All my settings were not changed from last night when it was working. My modem and router indicates everything's "connected" but nothing's responding. I just tried calling the Velcom tech support line for 1.5 hours and no one picked up. (started calling around 2pm EST July 11).
Would really appreciate if I could reach tech support.
