jason559 : My connection speed recently went from 3mb (purchased rate) to 1mb. A test was ran and gave these numbers. I wondered if anyone can enlighten me on what these numbers mean and what exactly I should be suggesting AT&T do to fix the issue? When I talked to them the agent said I'd just have slower download time.

Line Mode ADSL A Line State UP
Line Power State L0 Line Up Time 00:04:39
Line Coding Enable Line Up Count 1

Statistics Downstream Upstream
Line Rate 1760 kbps 512 kbps
Attainable Line Rate 1760 kbps 1092 kbps
Noise Margin 6.2 dB 21.0 dB
Line Attenuation 49.9 dB 27.5 dB
Output Power 13.8 dB 11.2 dB
K (number of bytes in DMT frame) 1 1
R (number of check bytes in RS code word) 0 0
S (RS code word size in DMT frame) inf inf
D (interleave depth) 1 1
Super Frame Errors 1 1
RS Correctable Errors 0 0
RS Uncorrectable Errors 1 3
HEC Errors 7 1
LCD Errors 0 0
Total Cells 332209 1169048
Data Cells 0 92146
Total ES 1 1
Total SES 0 1
Total UAS 14 10
