I had thought that standard service nationwide was 10 megs down, but maybe I am wrong. And Turbo is generally 15 megs down. I would say that you are misreading the information.

They are not going to publish what you might see with Powerboost. Generally with my standard 10 meg service, I may test up to 21-22 mbps max with Powerboost. It usually maxes out at 15-17 megs , however. I think that those on Turbo may see 5 or 7 megs higher when speedtesting. I still view Powerboost as a gimmick that we can live without. if it says up to 16 mbps this is without powerboost .

But even if they say up to 16 mbps if in your area there are heavy downloaders dont expect it to bee too fast ;) so if your have a friend who lives right next to your or something ask him to do speed test at night =P

I have friend that lives in burbank and she says no problem.
