Is there a picture of the kitty? I can't see one...but you said "she is beautiful" implying a pic.
That's odd you can't see it. Here is a screen capture for you.

Awwh....she's darling! Thank you for the screenshot.

I opened Opera and I can see it there. I checked the properties and I could not see it on Fx because I have it set to not show images from third party sites unless I have put the site into my exceptions list. I would have allowed an exception for the photo if Fx had shown me a link but I see nothing in the post to indicate there is link to a photo on another site. That is something to do with a change in this site because I use to always see a link and could see what site the photo was on and decide if I wanted to view it or not, but recently I see nothing when someone uses third party sites for photos and screenshots so I don't know if there is a something in the post unless the author refers to their photo/screenshot.

It never fails to amaze me why someone would link to an unknown third party site for a picture instead of simply uploading to dslreports. The fact that Fx has this safety feature is one reason it is my default browser. (If dslr did not have upload capability that would be different as one would be forced to use third party sites). With Opera Unite now there is no need to upload photos to third party sites which is great.

Edit: BTW, your screen shot is far superior to that tiny photo.

I knew it had to be what you described because I could see the code in my browser (which references another site) and it was easier to do a screen shot than try to troubleshoot why you couldn't see the pic.

The screen shot was done using Hoversnap which is a really old but easy to use program.

The OP probably did not know how to upload perhaps?

Yes, the OP may not have known how to upload to here. I didn't mean to come across as critical as I think I did. I have always very much appreciated the wonderful upload support and capability that Justin has given us from the beginning (at least since I joined here so many years ago) and would like to see everyone take advantage of this capability here. It might also be that the OP has a very low upload speed and sometimes that can pose a problem here. I have noticed that since my ISP gave us all 1mb up -from 384kb- (because the only competition had done it first) that uploads here are so much faster and I don't get any errors or partial uploads now.

I think I remember Hoversnap. Your screenshot is larger than the OP's photo and that way I could see the details of that sweet kitty better...she is so pretty!

You can google Hoversnap and it is still possible to get a copy of it although it was last updated in 2003.
I have a default jpeg size for when I do the screen captures which was probably larger than the original although I did crop it.
And you did not come across as critical at all. You must just be depressed because Verizon dumped your state and now Hawaiian telecom.....

I am a bit depressed...but not about Verizon. They neglected Hawaii and didn't want to acquire us in the first place when they bought Bell Atlantic so they would never have done the upgrades that we so badly need. Of course, with Hawaiian Tel in bankruptcy Verizon could end up with us again as the PUC might order them to take over if HawTel can't work out its problems. (Verizon's legacy to HawTel was to leave it and us customers with the worst mess of customer service, billing, etc. that I have encountered. It is the struggle still occuring to get past that horrendous mess (of which I was victim recently) that has crippled HawTel more than anything. I can't get DSL and I live in the second largest city in Hawaii...that is how bad our phone service is currently.

I think it amazing how long this kitty has lived happy and healthy after cancer surgery. I had a beloved kitty that was a ball of energy even at 11.5 years of age. Suddenly one day he had a seizure late at night and I had him at the vet's at 7AM (after speaking on phone with him right after it happened at 1AM). My sweet Moxie was dead less than 48 hours later. He had a tumor in his chest that had metastasized to his brain causing the seizures. It was quite a shock as he had been the picture of health and had the energy of a much younger cat up until the moment of the first seizure.

Ziggy Guarding Marlee
We also found little black and white kitten. She was .9 lbs and still feeding from a bottle. Has the classic tuxedo markings.

Since we already had an ornery black cat named Ziggy, this one became a Marlee (Lee is my wife's middle name. But Ziggy Marlee had a ring to it for some reason).

Wouldn't trade her for the world!

That is QUITE funny. Over a year ago, my wife lost her first EVER pet. One of the two cats we adopted when we got our apartment. He was a tuxedo, and we named he Zigfried, Ziggy for short. He was 19.5 when he was too sick to go on and had to be put to sleep. He outlived three other cats we owned, during and AFTER we first got him.

He was a TOTAL lover, but try to go near my wife, and he would KILL you...
