 [Wi-Fi] wifi Quistion

hi I have a Alfa Network awus036h usb wifi.
I don't know if you can do this or not or what it is called.
I would like to take the usb Wifi and not plug it into the computer but a wifi hub that would take the signal and redrodcast it so other people can hook to it.
so is there a way of doing this?
