Just lost the signal now for around 30 minutes just back on but still on the 7 megs profile....
A 7Mbps profile does you little good if it keeps dropping out randomly for several minutes at a time for no apparent reason.
Since your line stats appear to be good enough for 7M, you might want to try a different modem to see if your modem may be the source of your problems before calling to have your line profile 'fixed'.
