They reserve the higher speeds as a competitive advantage, so they have some incentive to attract customers, compared to independent dsl providers. |

Which of course is the only REAL reason that Bell Throttles us independents - because if they stopped doing this and their own sheeple, er, I mean customers heard about it, then a huge Torrential rain of new account requests would fall upon the Independent ISPs, which is primarily what had begun to happen during November 2007 thru March 2008, the first period that Bell was only fleecing, er, I mean throttling their own flock. |
