I have Max18, but mine doesn't run well at all. I can't even touch 17, or 1.5 up =\
I've tried large download tests, and heavily seeded Linux Distros. |

| reply to ozzy6900 By your logic, perhaps we should rip out all the speedometers in cars too and save a few bucks. After all, we drive different cars and on different roads with varying degrees of traffic. |

| reply to UVERSEAL I haven't been using the computer lately as mine is in need of repair and I couldn't get the wife or kids off the common area rig. While activating a GPS device last night and waiting forever on a 1650 mb d/l, I finally figured out my d/l speed is terrible and probably been for quite some time judging by the problems and complaints the family has had over the last few weeks.
I'm checking everything I can on my end before I start blaming the ISP but I'm pretty sure this has been going on since at least May - that's the first of a few times I tried to watch an online movie on Netflix but couldn't cause my connection was too slow... I just figured it was traffic on netflix and gave up for the time-being.
My test when first installed was 3500 d/l. |

| reply to UVERSEAL I don't know what happened but I'm very pleased with the performance today. Maybe the isp looked into it after I sent results of their speed test.

Upload speed leaves much to be desired, but at least I have HSI after five years of dial-up and high priced EVDO |
