uverse is fast for me lately, and stable! utorrents at 1mbps

I don't use my connection for anything crazy, no servers or piracy taking up bandwidth or anything, but I like it to be fast for what I do give my time to. Tonight I decided to get some tv show, or movie, from utorrent.

It is coming down at 1.1MB/s. My torrents have never been this fast. I was capped at 250kbps (or some such place) for months. The Time Warner connection this replaced was worse.

I have a 1MB/s 5 connection download from usenet going as well.

The DVR has been very cool since the Phase II rollout as well.

That is right. My point was that I don't run a piracy mill off the line, but it is nice for it to work when I want to use it.

One more thing about my speed... I just downloaded the RTM of Windows 7, and to get the drivers for my videocard installed my download from nVidia was going at 2.08MBps. Whoa! Nice.

By the way, that is not (necessarily) the RTM:
