AT&T released a cryptic memo to the Associated Press that all stolen identities would be made available to the respected individuals sometime "Late Summer".

Right - seems like a double standard here....
They're eager to 'give it away' to NSA w/o warrant/due process
But they don't like it when one of their own does it.
