| majic jack problem,need help
Customer service cannot figure this out. I can place long distance calls ok but when i try to call my own land line # i can here it ring throu the majic jack but my phone never rings? Same thing when I try to call the local walmart, tried to call my neibor, he said his phone never rang. I tryed rebooting my computer and also tried uninstalling/reinstalled mj. |

| I can't pretend to have a clue, but could it have something to do with your landline phone company? I know I've problems where MJ (and previously Vonage and VoiceLine) don't ring through to some specific numbers. I don't remember if they TOLD me they didn't ring through or if, like in your case, they sounded like they were ringing through fine. |

Try calling the local numbers as long distance (add 1+area code) and see if they go through. |
