<description><![CDATA[wangj posted : My turn-on date was supposed to be Wed 7/8. The member portal indicates that my order is completed. But my modem indicates otherwise: it has sync but "cannot find ATM circuit"<br><br>I spoke with tech support yesterday. The rep said my service had not been activated, but he didn't know why. He said billing would know.<br><br>I called billing today, but the rep said he could see nothing wrong on his end. He told me to call tech support again.<br><br>I didn't want to get shuffled around again, and I had heard good things about this support forum. Can you help me out?]]></description>
