| Getting screwed again....
let me start by saying i have IM'd matt before and he is a great help, I also have spoke with him several times before...HE IS THE BOMB.... he does what he says. It is the rest of the retards @ Uverse and the escalations team. I have had uverse since december 08, I have had 14 tickets for numerous issues, all relating to outside issues. Well my last issue is that i was sent to the escalations team to "resolve the issue" after 2 weeks of working on it I end up with a new account and "issue resolved". 2 weeks later I am back to the same issue all they tell me is that I have millions of upstream FEC errors is the cause. In the process of a new account i had no phone, dvr, vod or about anything else. I was told that the issue is with my address as the AT&T database i live in a different city. If there is any person out there who can help me resolve this issue as the manager that told me she would call back has not returned a phone call in over a week. TO top is off I got a bill today for almost $300 to boot. I will add all the prem techs are great and that represent the compnay very well and deserve more money that what they are paid. It is the rest of the retards who need to get off there but and do something....So do any one in uverse land know how to help me or are we still trying to figure out the dns and hdmi issues.... |
