| Call into tech support, generally these issues are easy to fix. Most of the time, it's a provisioning issue caused by something/someone or a modem problem. Rarely it's a port issue and It's never a line problem.
Not much to go on but there's not much you can do past hard-booting the device and trying again and again. |

| You said you can't get an IP, but you never said you have sync.
What type of modem do you have?
Is the link light solid green or flashing? If it's solid then you have sync and likely have a path issue. If it's flashing then you don't have sync and likely have a line or port issue.
