| [Vista] Explorer Crashing Upon Login
Every time I start up my workstation, I get this error, I'm not sure about how to troubleshoot it, I've tried scanning for viruses, doing a check disk and neither seems to have helped, can someone please assist me with this?
- Thank You |

| reply to klos I recently got fios, and the tech had his little usb stick, which he proclaimed he had to insert into my computer from where he launched his 'tech' tool to activate the fios. I removed everything verizon/fios related using add/removed afterwards, but i still feel it is the cause of the explorer crashing. I do recall i.e asking to install something during the activation, is there some way to check recently installed add-ons for i.e? or could it be something else?
- Thank You for the fast replies. |

I never let them touch my computer, I made them activate it on their laptop. |
