no, it is definitely a problem with the modem. Ubee confirms, the newest FW conflicts with Arris C4 CMTS's. The old firmware is being sent out, and my speeds are now worse.
I haven't used an Ubee modem, so I don't know. I was just pointing out that not all SB6120's are having issues that are related to the modem. oh, ok. Well my speeds are back up to what they should be (well, not upload speed. That is still on QPSK and at 2.560 Msym/sec). I am still hoping for a DPC3000
