Jade2 : I have just signed up for AT&T's DSL in Fort Worth. I have a modem already, so they want to charge me $10 to mail out the CD. I'm sure that it must be possible to get started without the CD, but Googling didn't direct me to any instructions. Does anyone out there have any experience with it?

(The modem was previously used for AT&T DSL, but in Ann Arbor, not Fort Worth. I'm not sure if that makes any difference.)
