Yes I have redline 2 at 20 meg, I was geting 14-15megs but now It has been at 100 to 500 k for july, asking for help get me a reboot the modem and get back to us, as of about 8 wendays night I was to reboot and email them back and the would get back to me with the trouble, I am still waiting for that email, they have stoped answering my request for help and are ignoring me

It is my Modem this is the 2nd dlink that toasted, so I am giving a Zoom a change, gwi was great about helping.
