| [Speed Problem] [SBC DSL] only ~320kbps downstream
From my modem:
However, when I download I only max at about 320 kbps. I've got SBC DSL and it has always been this slow. Is there a way to fix this? |

Youre connecting at 3 megabits, which is 3 thousand kilobits, not three hundred.
Youre able to use 1.7mbps of that 3 in your test. |
