Isn't Qwest also supposed to be monkeying around with VDSL2 and/or line-bonding? It's hard being the broadband runt, or living in their territory for that matter. But I am getting 1.5M DSL at 23.5K or so from the CO, so I guess they're not as strict as AT&T would be.
