My strategy works just fine - especially if one doesn't have fancy tools like professional telecom agents. I guess I am an unprofessional :)<br><br>Also - you are agreeing with me because you "don't trust what the customer will tell me". I know because I used to do it.  directory searches for nearby businesses can get you CLEC or cell numbers, or (worse) ported numbers!  I still ask for NPA NXX, but I don't trust what a customer will tell me.  professional telecom agents have access to online resources that will allow us to punch in an address and the system tells us a NPA NXX in the proper Bell serving wire center.]]></description>
