[Connectivity] When? PowerBoost 50/10 in SF East Bay Area

I've been anxiously waiting to get Powerboost. I'm curious if anyone has any information at all about when it might be available to the San Francisco East Bay Area.

Hypothetically speaking, if I find out that it becomes available on Nov 11, 2009, what do I need to do to get it? What's the least hassle way to get the upgrade? Do I need a new modem if I got my blast-compatible 16/2 modem last year?

It is not called powerboost, it is called Extreme 50. You will need a DOCSIS 3.0 compatible modem, supplied by comcast or purchased. It is not a hassle (in most cases).

Yes, you dont have a D3 compatible modem. You need to call to get the upgrade, and find out about getting the new modem. I have no idea when it will be ready.
