IIS AD authentication configuration

Current situation is that on the internal LAN there are two domains. Is it possible to configure IIS to authenticate (for one site) against the AD domain it is NOT a part of? I would imagine somewhere one can change the setting for AD but I'm not finding anything.

Also, what method would work best for managing users and permissions? Ideally I would like to control access to certain pages for certain users only.
