CRP, sounds like something on comcast end. Here in South River we have been having problems now for three months. The two channels I have been having problems with most are 211 and 213. My neighbors have been having the same issues. Talked to supervisor a month ago and they have been having problems on the head end.I have received a 100 dollar credit for May.Came home from work one day 8 Comcast trucks were on my street. They sent someone out yesterday and he talked to me and my neighbor telling us supposely that south river is making a transition from plainfield to avenel which is closer. June 22 everything should be resolved.

So what would you say if its only affecting channels on a certain frequency (525.000MHz)? Also, sometimes random channels on analog will just pixelate and/or free entirely.

While I don't have an exact answer for you. I can tell you that I have reported this type of issue in the past. I've done this on my site & within a couple of related threads here.

I have seen the explanation that certain temperatures can create these types of problems. Or signal strength cabling issues etc.

For me recently some of the channels fixed themselves while others remained unwatchable. This seems to have fully rectified itself this week. All channels seem to be functioning as they should. Only saw an issue with HD stations.

What channels have you seen an issue with? Only during certain times of day? Or constant?

Is your prob with digital or analog channels?
If it's digital, what do you mean by "signal problem"? What exactly is the problem? How do you know it's a signal issue?
