| [COLORADO] Edgar mine field trip!
Physical Geology class went on a field trip to Edgar mine up in Idaho Springs!Went on Thursday.Was a lot of fun, and oh man, sooo cold inside lol!It was very dark inside, and I had to struggle a little bit with the camera since I didn't want to use flash.So not to bad for having very stable hands!Man, I'm like a rock lol.

Last set of pics.The one picture above of my professor taking a pic hunched down, the ceiling is so low, that after he took the picture he stood straight up, then proceeded to walk at a hurriedly pace while looking down at his camera, that he got laid out by a low hanging rock lol.Guess that's why they made us wear hard-hats!

Neat pics Denny! Better you than me in the mine. My claustrophobia would have been in high gear. I wasn't that way when I was younger but now, NO WAY!!

I enjoyed the photo's as well. I haven't been in any mines for a number of years (tourist only) while I have no problems hiking through mines and caves I'd never want to make a living in one of these things, thank god others do.
