I have reason to think I'm getting a lot of packet loss which is slowing my browsing down.. for sometimes 30 seconds at a time if I click on something on whatever site (happens here too) my page will time out or a page will half load and the rest will show broken picture links.
I ran a line test from here and it did not look too good.

I can't check my signal levels on my modem because it says it's not enabled.
first test timed out then now it works and I get these speeds...

I'd say a dns server issue moreso than packetloss. |

I'm having the same problem, you have to call. Hopefully mine will be fixed soon. They have done monitoring scans and have found packet loss. They however cannot find the problem from me to them. My speeds range from 2.5mb to 30.5mb when I do tests at speedtest.net. I play online gaming and I am constantly getting kicked out of matches as the connection times out. |

Looks like routers set to not respond.

still regardless nothing changed since the last time I had OOL my connection was lagging in a game so I just left. |
