Tier 2/NOC agents watch these forums, which is better than calling the Tier 1 line and getting the "everything is fine on our end" answer.

Winnipeg, MB		 I wasn't suggesting to do one or the other, just saying that this isn't Shaw's support site and that Shaw does pay people to look after problems just like this.
